1. The Claimant must be a confirmed and permanent member of staff of Bowen University, Iwo or Bowen University Teaching Hospital, Ogbomoso.
2. The Staff should complete a Rebate Form Claim which should be obtained from the Salaries and Wages Section of the Bowen University, Iwo or downloaded from the University website.
3. Completed forms should be submitted to the Registrar’s office not later than October 30 each year for further processing.
4. List of approved rebate beneficiaries will be displayed on the University website and the rebate granted, credited to the student’s ledger as part of second semester fees if the full amount had not been paid.
